ALL the staff were exceptional; friendly, helpful, polite and all went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Our room (number 10) was clean to a very high standard, very comfortable, spacious with an amazing walk in wardrobe and plenty of hangers! The mini bar is complimentary and well stocked and the housekeeping staff were attentive and friendly. We ate breakfast every morning and dinner on one evening. The breakfasts were substantial, tasty and well- presented and the staff and kitchen were very accommodating with dietary needs. The dinner was exceptional and the wine list extensive enough to suit all tastes but not overwhelming. The bar area was intimate and comfortable with complimentary snacks served with the drinks. All public areas were well-appointed with stylish interior design, comfortable seating and exceptional coffee. There was not one thing we didn't rave about to everyone and we will definitely stay here again.,

In one word excellent! The dedicated and friendly staff. The quality of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The complete service and atmosphere in every department. This hotel is an example for many other hotels how it should be, like HOME. The room perfectly clean! You feel appreciated and welcome and even the General Manager personally takes care. Therefore I can highly recommend J.K. Place Roma to many other visitors. Many many thanks from Irma and Edwin in the The Netherlands and all the best in the future!

The location was excellent. Just a few hundred yards from most of the main attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The room was spotless and the facilities were great. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. It was table service, so nice and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again.

The entire JK Place Roma team was great; the concierge staff was exceptionally competent, helpful, and friendly. The same is true with the bar and restaurant team. Very welcoming with timely service. Housekeeping was excellent! The location of the hotel is ideal.

Hotel in Perfect location. Breakfast was great and staff very welcoming ,accommodating and professional. Room with balcony was very. Ice, but could have been a little more roomier.

Everything you’d expect from a 5* - beautiful interiors, lovely rooms, friendly staff and an amazing breakfast included. Great location within walking distance to just about all the major sights in Rome.

I liked very much this hotel, the personnel, the breakfast, the position in the very heart of Rome I liked very much the fact that there is a large enough wardrobe so as to hide your luggage there 😎

The location is perfect and the staff are so accommodating and wonderful. We did not like the room we were first given but they upgraded us on the spot. There is a lovely intimate feeling to the hotel.
